RETURNS, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
At Miga by Shaberry, we are committed to ensure that the product we dispatch is correct and is of the highest quality and that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. But if ever a customer doesn’t like the delivered product or the product is not as per the expectation or is facing size issues in the received product then the customer can return the same to us in its original condition by informing us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The following return and exchange policy applies to the purchases made on www.migabyshaberry.com
- A return request must have been raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Refund for returns is initiated only on receiving and thorough and careful examination of the product (all tags intact and no damage done to the items), done by the Miga team.
- Exchanges are accepted only when a request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The exchanged item is dispatched only on receiving and careful examination (all tags intact and no damage done to the items) of the product returned.
- We offer pick-up facilities in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.
- If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us.
Pick-up
- If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact.
- Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup.
- Our staff may initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted by our team at Miga.
Self-ship
- In case your area pin code is not eligible for “Pick-up” mode then, please self-ship the product to our Returns desk.
- Please pack the product and ensure the product is unused and unwashed and all the tags are intact.
- Also, please mention Order No and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.

- Please note that If you choose to self-ship your return/exchange, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
How to Exchange
- You can create an exchange for products purchased from Shaberry within the specified exchange period by contacting us at customercare@shaberry.com. If your address is serviceable for exchange, you will get an exchange id from us. Please note down your exchange id for future reference.
- Place the product in a packet but do not seal it. Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact and no damage is caused to it.
- Give our delivery team the product.
- When our team at Miga receives the product to be exchanged, we inspect it and begin the process of delivering the product that was asked for an exchange. Please ensure that you have the original item available with you at the same address which has been selected for delivery of the exchanged item.
- At any time, you can track the status of your exchange requests under “My Orders” on our Website.
How to Return
- You can return products purchased from Miga within the specified return/exchange period by contacting us at customercare@shaberry.com. If your address is serviceable for return, you will get a return id from us. Please note down your return id for future reference.
- Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode.
- We offer pick-up facilities in selected locations based on our courier serviceability.

- Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact and no damage is caused to it.
- On successfully receiving the product to be returned, our team at Miga will inspect the product and initiate the refund.
- We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on the Website.
Conditions for Return
- Return will be processed only if:
- it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with tags and accessories intact and no damage to the product).
Return/ Exchange Multiple Products From A Single Order
- If you are returning/exchanging multiple products from a single order together, we will generate a single Return ID/Exchange ID for all products and you will receive an e-mail and SMS confirmation for the same
- If you wish to return/exchange another product from a single order at a later date, still within the 15-days return policy, we will accept your return/exchange and arrange a reverse pick-up for the second time. The subsequent returns/exchanges for the same order will be self-shipped by you and no reimbursement for the same will be provided by us in any form.
Damaged/ Defective or Wrong Items Shipped
- If you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please log into your Shaberry account to create a return or contact our Customer Support Team over email (customercare@shaberry.com) or call us on the customer care contact number (+91-9821736060) within 24 hours for quick processing
- To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code listed while initiating a return. While initiating the return request please make sure that-
- You need to upload a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures.
- Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part is highlighted in red.
- You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.
- Once we receive your return request, we will begin the return procedure, and once we receive the product to be returned, our Miga team will inspect it.
- The team will then notify you whether the goods will be exchanged or the amount paid will be refunded.
- Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
- While choosing the source of refund, the customer can select the option of a credit note or transfer the amount either in the wallet as provided on the website or his/her bank account.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
- Miga’s Fashions Private Limited will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers.
- The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided in the dispute.
- The refund timelines indicated in our policy will not be applicable in such case and the refund (if any) will be subject to the full and final settlement of the dispute.
- After having initiated the refund, if the credit into your payment bank/source fails due to any reason, we shall re-initiate the refund. In such a case, please allow us a minimum of 14 days to carry out the due diligence with the payment banks. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
- The return pickup may take 48 hours from the date of applying for a return, depending on the pin code of the pickup location. Your patience is much appreciated.
- You can return either the complete order or some items from the same order.
Refunds
- We will initiate and process the refund for your correct and unused return of product(s) within 7 – 10 days from the day of delivery.
- The team at Miga’s shall first inspect the product returned for refund, after being satisfied that the product is the original product with tags intact a refund shall be initiated.
- The refund amount will be reimbursed to the customer’s original form of payment.

Cancellation
- You can cancel an unshipped order within 24 hours through the Migas website until it has been packed at our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also.
