At Shaberry, we are dedicated to providing the best services to our customers. We believe in delivering our products in the best conditions and within the specified time frame.
SHIPPING TIME
Under normal circumstances, we will ship your orders within 1-2 days of receiving the order and it may take up to 2 to 7 (from the date of placing the order) working days to reach your doorstep. Some products are only available on order and will require extra time to be despatched.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer FREE shipping of all products within India. International Orders may entail a shipping charge. Please contact us at customercare@shaberry.com to get more details.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We try to cover as many locations as possible to deliver our products within India. In case we fail to do so, the same will be communicated to our customers via email.
ORDER STATUS
We always keep you informed of the progress of your order. Once your order is placed to the time it is shipped from our end, you shall receive an email mentioning the shipping details. The customers can also check and confirm the order status in the “My Orders” section by tapping on their profile. In case of unavailability of a product, the same is communicated to the customer via email, and the amount is refunded for the same if prepaid.
ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may email us your alteration request and the needful will be done.
TRANSPARENCY
At Shaberry.in, any charges like taxes or GST charges, etc., if applicable, are added to the order prior to confirming it. You are shown the total price before you place the order. We believe in doing clean business and serving our customers with the best services.
